Can't Wait Cat Co Ragdolls recognizes the effort and time put in to develop a quality website. "Web Magic" Sites are those with that something special, the ones that you explore throughout, and make you come back for a second or third visit. (Note: This award is not bestowed on just anyone.)

Criteria

• No Adults Sites. Site content must be decent. (No pornography, violence or racial discrimation)
• If you use someone else's graphics, please give credit to them on your site.
• Site must be easy to navigate.
• No "Under Construction" signs.
• No broken links.
• Loading time for pages WILL be taken into consideration.
